Come and discover the magic of lakeside living at Heron’s Nest. Traditional charm meets modern comfort in our handcrafted Shepherd's Hut. Nestled by the shimmering water of the lake, the hut offers beautiful views of the lake and its wildlife from all angles, whilst also providing luxuries including wood-fired hot tub, fire pit, and fast WiFi! 

Heron's Nest has a king sized bed; full kitchenette with sink, Ninja air fryer, hob, and fridge/freezer; full bathroom including shower; indoor and outdoor dining areas; fire pit with BBQ grill; wood-fired jacuzzi hot tub with lights and bubbles! 

You will be greeted with a beautiful view of the lake and a welcome basket packed with local Sussex-made goodies. Wood and fire lighters are provided and complimentary if more is needed throughout your stay. We light your hot tub before arrival so that it is on its way up to temperature by the time you check in.

Please note that Heron's Nest is set within a small fishery, and there will usually be anglers present around the lake through the summer.
